• Cracks in architrave, open and infill flush.

West Wall;

• Crack over center of pocket door, open and infill flush.
• Wall to right of pocket door, open and infill flush.
• Missing plaster in right hand corner. Infill flush.
• Evidence of sconces to the left and right of pocket doors.

Parlor 2

Ceiling;

• Southwest corner; replaster over metal lath. (7.5 sq. ft)
• Southwest corner along west wall; 6.5 feet of cornice. re-run in-situ approx. 13 inches from corner.
• Cornice to the right of fireplace; Reinforce and repoint flush.
• Ceiling area; reinforce and skim.

North Wall;

• Reinforce wall left of bay window.
• Open cracks and infill flush, right of bay window.
• Resculpt chamfer at bottom left of bay window opening.

Bay Window;

• Resculpt abacus left corbel, at bay window.
• Remove broken cornice in Southwest corner, bench run and install.
• Repoint various crack in cornice flush.

East Wall;

• Left of door; reinforce wall and skim.
• Above and right of door; open cracks and infill flush.

South Wall;

• East wall of fireplace; Approx. 2 sq. ft. of plaster has fallen. Replaster over brick.
• Right of fireplace; reinforce and skim.

West Wall;

• Reinforce entire wall and skim.
