Bedroom 1

Ceiling;

• 56 sq. ft. of the ceiling has fallen along the North wall; plaster over metal lath flush.
• Approx. 86 inches of cornice should be rerun in-situ along North wall. The lower portion of this cornice should be removed also.
• Above door leading to hall1; Remove area damaged by eff, bench run and install new cornice.
• Open and infill various cracks in cornice.
• Ceiling; reinforce and skim.

North Wall;

• Open and infill cracks.

East Wall;

• Open and infill cracks.

South Wall;

• Closet; open cracks and infill flush.
• Reinforce corners (where back of hall1 closet juts into the room).
• Open crack in corner next to sink and infill flush.

West Wall;

• Open cracks and infill flush.
• Right of door; reinforce cracks and skim.

Bedroom 2

Ceiling;

• Southwest corner; 50 sq. ft. bad patch, remove patch and plaster over metal lath.
• North wall (ceiling); 25 sq. ft. has fallen, plaster over metal lath.
• Rerun fallen cornice along West wall in-situ (approx. 5 lin. ft.).
• Reinforce and skim ceiling.

North Wall;

• Left of West window; reinforce and skim.
• Right of East window; remove loose white coats and re-white coat.
• Open cracks and infill flush.

East Wall;

• Left of door; Reinforce and skim.
