• Above door; reinforce and skim.
• Closet; remove bad patch and plaster over metal lath. Reinforce and skim.
• Cornice above fireplace; reinforce and point up flush.
• Cornice right of fireplace; bench run and install new cornice corner.
• Wall right of fireplace; Reinforce and skim.

West Wall;

• Reinforce and skim.

Bedroom 3

Ceiling;

• Southwest cornice; remove approx. 1 ft of loose cornice and rerun in-situ.
• West cornice; Major eff, remove and rerun in-situ. (1 ft from corner over 4 ft.)
• Reinforce and skim ceiling.

North Wall;

• Right of door; reinforce and skim.

East Wall;

• Open various cracks and infill flush.

South Wall;

• Major delamenation of the white coats; Remove alligatoring and re-white coat.

West Wall;

• Crack above door leading to bathroom; Reinforce and skim.

Bathroom;

• Approx. 20 sq. ft. ceiling has fallen. Replaster over metal lath flush.

Bedroom 4

Ceiling;

• South wall; Approx. 6 sq. ft. has fallen, plaster over metal lath.
• South wall; 3 lin. ft. bad patch in cornice. Rerun in-situ.
• West wall; approx. 65 sq. ft. of bad patch (drywall). Remove patch and replaster over metal lath.
