Left of fireplace; reinforce and skim above and right of

Open various cracks and infill flush.
East Wall;
closet; open cracks and infill flush.

Remove loose white coats and re-white coat.
Open cracks and infill flush.
West Wall;
Left of door; area too damaged to save. Remove approx. 30
sq. ft. and plaster over metal lath.
Right of door; reinforce cracks and skim.
Hall 5 (Third Floor)
Ceiling;
Rib pattern continues across the ceiling at the
vestibule, creating a rectangle for the room proper. This
could suggest that there may have been something on the
ceiling they wanted to show off by framing it in this
way. This detail could help support the notion of a
skylight in the middle of the room.
South wall; approx. 4 ft. of cornice damaged by eff.
Remove damaged area and rerun in-situ.
Northwest wall; slight eff. Repoint and sand.
East wall above French doors; eff damage, remove eff and
plaster over metal lath.
